Our work with FUN88 began in 2018 when the brand partnered with Newcastle United who had just been promoted to the Premier League. Providing copywriting, graphic design and social media management, our remit was to garner positive attention for the Asian betting company. Since then we’ve added almost 100k followers to their social channels which have some of the highest engagement rates in the industry, dwarfing the likes of Ladbrokes and William Hill. In a recent study of Premier League sponsors, only Manchester United’s and Chelsea’s sponsors performed better on social media.
Transforming stale social media accounts for RMJM, one of the world’s leading architecture firms was one of our biggest undertakings. We sourced (and created) eye-catching photography to revamp their social media channels, launching a popular Instagram page and adding tens of thousands of followers. We also launched an award-winning blog, which we updated several times each week with fresh copy. Through interviews, thought leadership articles, and in-depth analysis of projects new and old we were able to change people’s perceptions of RMJM.
Our approach to designing event programmes for Middlesbrough Town Hall was to work pair a copywriter with a graphic designer and work holistically. This allowed the copy and images in each programme to flow seamless and add value to the patron’s experience of anything from Russian ballet to opera and the latest indie act.

Our work with 138.com coincided with the Asian betting firm sponsoring Watford Football Club. Our remit was to manage their brand stand-out social media in a crowded market for betting companies. We gave the brand a unique tone of voice that allowed us to engage with supporters authentically and enabled us to organically drive traffic to an Asian betting site in the UK market, an incredibly difficult task.
Nursery Story is one of the leading nursery management software firms in the UK. Our role has been to take sole ownership of all social media output, crafting copy, and providing high-quality graphic design aseets. Our expert copywriters also manage the company’s written output, delivering a series of insightful, original articles each week that are pushed out across social channels and emailers to provide tangible value to the brand.

With some of our team originally hailing from Middlesbrough, the chance to get involved in a project that saw the restoration of one of the town’s most famous buildings was too good to turn down. We’ve grown highly engaged social media accounts by finding an authentic tone of voice and an open desire to improve the town centre. Most recently we partnered with The Zetland to support Marcus Rashford’s campaign to feed school children out of term-time during the pandemic. It is without doubt one of our proudest achievements.
Our work for Three Lions Realty involved helping them find their voice and identity during the inception phase and evolved into providing copywriting expertise as they list exclusive properties in both Los Angeles and Orange County.
Working with MusicQubed, we helped shape a strategy to deliver MTV Trax, a music app aimed at reaching the ‘forgotten fan’ who was priced out of popular music subscription services. The app was designed for late-teens and early-twenty-somethings, with an emphasis on its ease of use. Working against a tight deadline, our copy covered everything from the naming of the app, right down to the terms and conditions. A project we remain very proud of.
Our long term relationship with Full Colour Black has seen us craft press releases (picked up by the BBC no less), provide copywriting expertise and social media consultancy. Full Colour Black are small, mighty and punching far above their weight with high-profile licensing deals on almost every continent. We’re thrilled to work alongside them.
Working with MusicQubed, we helped deliver O2 Tracks, a music subscription service aimed at casual music fans who were put off by the 9.99 price point of the likes of Spotify. Our copywriting covered everything above and below the line, from slogans to in-store scripts for Scott Mills to read out in O2 stores.
